Along with the start of the school year, applications for the Estonian Union for Child Welfare scholarships are open again. From September 1 to October 15, youngster in primary or secondary school can apply for the scholarship, in order they could continue and develop their hobby education. ACE Logistics Estonia is supporting the Estonian Union for Child Welfare with 5,000 euros this year, too.
Scholarship is provided to children who have outstanding achievements in their studies (subject olympiads) or hobbies (sports competitions, contests, etc.). The scholarship is intended for participation in subject olympiads, contests or sports competitions; for paying tuition fees for a hobby, sports or language school (club). The scholarship cannot be used to pay tuition fees for a general education in private school or for studies outside Estonia. The maximum amount of support per child is 300 euros.
Only one application will be accepted from each applicant, and a person who received a scholarship last year cannot apply this year. To apply, it is necessary to fill out the form on the website of the Estonian Union for Child Welfare, and additional information related to the application can be found also on their website.
